SYSTEMS
HÜBNER‘s power connection systems are
integrated into the vehicle structure in an
individually optimised way. We place particularly
high importance on certified quality: every set of
wiring can be thoroughly tested on a test rig.
Power connection – perfectly coordinated
Everything can be perfectly coordinated, from the number and
measurements of the wires to their stiffness and arrangement in
relation to one another. As a result, your wiring systems always
participate in all the movements thus reducing wear on the moved
wires to a minimum.
Power connection for articulation systems
With universal and compact articulation systems, it is possible to
route hose and electrical wires flexibly through and around the
articulation without having a negative impact on the floor height of
the vehicle. This means that wires with a diameter of 30 mm can
be routed directly through the articulation. For all other HÜBNER
articulation systems or in the event of high-floor buses, the wires
can also be routed under the articulation.
Power connection in the side area
For the power connection in the side area, the cables, wires and
spiral hosing are designed in such a way that they are optimally
routed for every possible tilt angle of the articulation.
Power connection in the roof area
Power connection systems are frequently installed in the roof
area in low-floor buses. For this, HÜBNER uses the C-shaped
power connection system. This kind of installation allows a
natural movement of the wires and thus prevents movements
that frequently lead to the buckling and bending of hoses. The
separation plates mounted on the front and rear car serve as
a clear interface to the vehicle.
Power connection for hybrid, CNG
and trolley buses
The wires can be routed outside the buses for hybrid, CNG and
trolley buses. The specific influences of UV and the weather are
taken into special consideration. The system can have a very
attractive visual design: we can disguise the wires with side
panels for the folding bellows, which can be individually adapted
to the vehicle design.
