Consultation
It is our objective to ensure that your vehicles achieve a high level
of availability and reliability over many years. To this end, we are
happy to give you advice concerning all issues from spare parts
management and repairs to individual training programmes.
Inspections
The combination of many external influences results in varying
service intervals for inspections. Our inspections include the
precise analysis of the current condition of your components.
This kind of analysis allows condition-oriented servicing which
increases the availability of the components while reducing the
costs.
The following work is performed:
• Assessment of the condition of the component
• Inspection of the mechanical functions
• Examination of the control system (if available)
• Determination of the requirements for repairs and maintenance
• Documentation of the condition in a service report
Maintenance
We can provide the complete maintenance of your bus articulation
system upon request. Professional maintenance by HÜBNER‘s
technicians includes:
• Examination, adjustment and, where necessary, replacement,
of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components
• Lubrication of all bearings
• Removal of impurities
• Minor repairs on folding bellows
• Documentation of work performed
in a comprehensive service report
A training course for your employees can also be offered
simultaneously, if desired.
Spare parts
