Darleen’s unique background
has proven an asset
in her real estate career.
While in college she worked
in a financial institution where
she gained experience in
processing loans. As an
engineer in the aerospace
industry she had the opportunity
to contribute to the
International Space Station.
While she enjoyed the challenge
of her high-stakes
position, Darleen sought a
professional avenue that would allow her to move beyond the traditional
business model, and to make a tangible difference in the lives of others. A
longtime interest in real estate prompted her to earn her license in 1993, and
she soon realized that she had found her niche.
“I was so accustomed to a daily work routine,” she recalls. “By applying that
discipline to real estate, I was able to establish myself quickly.” Her client-centric
approach was also paramount to Darleen’s early success. Like many agents, she
had experienced less-than-stellar service as a real estate customer, and knew
that there was a better way to do business. Once in the field, she committed
herself to ensuring that every client’s needs were met. A firm belief in the value of
strong communication and ample information provides a strong foundation for her
business; Darleen acts as an advocate and resource for her clientele, providing
them with the knowledge and information necessary to make their best decisions.
