With a diverse background in the real estate
industry, Efficient Escrow co-founder Danny
Crenshaw had a distinct vision in mind for

An entrepreneurial spirit and strong business sense
have guided Danny throughout his professional
endeavors. Before launching Efficient Escrow he
was a successful mortgage banker with his own firm,
Efficient Lending. As the real estate market shifted,
he recognized an opportunity to adapt accordingly. A

While Danny notes that Efficient Escrow offers rates
