raise money for the Dolly<br />

Parton Imagination Library<br />

at the 2nd Annual Dancing<br />

with the <strong>Robeson</strong> <strong>County</strong><br />

Stars!!!<br />

Cee Lo Green. After<br />

practicing since January,<br />

the couple mixed a dance<br />

skit with shagging. “I had a<br />

great time. It is amazing<br />

what you will do to help<br />

children,” said Hunt.<br />

English/Language Arts<br />

Curriculum Supervisor.<br />

danced an 80’s Hip Hop<br />

Routine to “It Takes Two”,<br />

by Rob Base. “I thought it<br />

was an awesome<br />

experience and I feel very<br />

pleased to be provided the<br />

opportunity to meet and<br />

work with people from<br />

across <strong>Robeson</strong> <strong>County</strong> to<br />

help children.<br />

Latin Salsa to<br />

“Suavemente”.<br />

Dr. Daniel Walters<br />

loved dancing and getting to<br />

know new people; however,<br />

the biggest part was raising<br />

money to help<br />

the children in<br />

<strong>Robeson</strong> <strong>County</strong>.<br />

I believe in Dolly<br />

Parton's program<br />

and feel that it is<br />

a great benefit to<br />

the students in<br />

<strong>Robeson</strong><br />

<strong>County</strong>,” said<br />

Stone.<br />

High danced with Dr. Daniel<br />

Walters.<br />

Congratulations to all <strong>of</strong><br />

these members <strong>of</strong> the PSRC<br />

family m for representing<br />

the district well. Tina Bullard<br />

and Rick Gregory raised the<br />

top money numbers, but a<br />

special congrats goes out to<br />

the 2nd place fundraisers -<br />

School and his dance<br />

partner, Kellie Blue<br />

Director & Jonathan Blue's<br />

wife). Together they raised<br />

$19,816.25<br />

The 3rd place<br />

fundraisers were Kewanda<br />

Meritt and her dance<br />

partner Leland Fuller<br />

(Owner, Lumberton Honda).<br />

Together they raised<br />

$14,830.00.<br />

Overall the event raised<br />

$169,719.25.<br />

Dr. Johnny Hunt and<br />

Mrs. Watson raised $7,666.<br />

Kristen Stone and Pedro<br />

Massol raised $5,070.<br />

Brook Britt and Dr. Daniel<br />

Walters raised $7,993.<br />
