ARTICLE III<br />

DISTRICTS AND SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS<br />

PERTAINING TO EACH DISTRICT<br />

3. Rear Yard<br />

A. Where a rear yard line in a “NR” zoning district adjoins a non-residential zoning<br />

district or is separated from a residential zoning district by an alley with a minimum<br />

width <strong>of</strong> twenty (20) feet, no rear yard is required.<br />

B. Where a rear yard line adjoins any residential zoning district, there shall be a rear<br />

yard with a minimum depth <strong>of</strong> twenty (20) feet.<br />

4. Area <strong>of</strong> the Lot<br />

The minimum area <strong>of</strong> the lot<br />

shall be six thousand (6,000)<br />

square feet.<br />

5. Width <strong>of</strong> the Lot<br />

The minimum width <strong>of</strong> the lot<br />

when measured at the required<br />

front yard setback line<br />

(established by ordinance or<br />

recorded plat) shall not be less<br />

than sixty (60) feet; nor less<br />

than thirty (30) feet when<br />

measured at the right-<strong>of</strong>-way<br />

line.<br />

6. Depth <strong>of</strong> the Lot<br />

The minimum depth <strong>of</strong> the lot<br />

shall be one hundred (100) feet.<br />

SECTION 4 – LIMITATIONS ON SIZE AND HOURS<br />

* Note – The lot width is measured at<br />

the building setback line.<br />

1. Except for laundromats, coin operated machines and uses permitted in a residential<br />

zoning district, no use shall operate before 6:00 A.M. nor after 11:00 P.M. on any day<br />

<strong>of</strong> the week.<br />

2. No single use shall occupy more than 3,000 square feet <strong>of</strong> floor area including<br />

service and storage within the building.<br />
