3. Rear Yard<br />
ARTICLE III<br />
DISTRICTS AND SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS<br />
PERTAINING TO EACH DISTRICT<br />
Where a rear yard line in a “LB” zoning district adjoins a non-residential zoning<br />
district; or is separated from a residential zoning district by an alley with a minimum<br />
width <strong>of</strong> twenty (20) feet, no rear yard is required. Where a rear yard line adjoins<br />
any residential zoning district, there shall be a rear yard with a minimum depth <strong>of</strong><br />
twenty (20) feet.<br />
4. Area <strong>of</strong> the Lot<br />
The minimum area <strong>of</strong> the lot shall be six thousand (6,000) square feet.<br />
5. Width <strong>of</strong> the Lot<br />
The minimum width <strong>of</strong> the lot when measured at the required front yard setback line<br />
(established by ordinance or recorded plat) shall not be less than sixty (60) feet nor<br />
less than thirty (30) feet when measured at the right-<strong>of</strong>-way line.<br />
6. Depth <strong>of</strong> the Lot<br />
The minimum depth <strong>of</strong> the lot shall be one hundred (100) feet.<br />
