CTA Express Airport Train Service Business Plan<br />

Utilizing the public-private partnership models described in Section 5.2, a private sector management<br />

company could be contracted to be responsible for administering, operating, and maintaining the Direct<br />

or Express Service. Given the airport service’s relatively small scale, the most efficient method of<br />

delivering service would be for the management company to purchase most functions from CTA. The<br />

table below describes a recommended approach to providing Direct and Express Airport Train Service.<br />
