Annual General Meeting - The Annual General<br />
Meeting (for WTTC Members Only) will be held at<br />
the Pestana Palace Hotel on Thursday 10 May.<br />
Attendee List - A complete list of all attendees to<br />
the <strong>Summit</strong> is included in the conference kit. Please<br />
use discretion when using this list. Email addresses<br />
have been withheld for privacy reasons.<br />
Badges - Your badge is confirmation that you are a<br />
registered delegate. Please wear your badge at all times.<br />
Breakfast Session - A Breakfast Session will be held<br />
in The Round, in Pavilhao 2, at 07:45 on Saturday 12<br />
May.<br />
Coffee Breaks - Coffee and tea will be served in<br />
Pavilhao 2 during coffee breaks in the conference<br />
programme.<br />
Concierge Desk - A concierge service has been set<br />
up at each of the three <strong>Summit</strong> hotels and in the<br />
entrance foyer of the Lisboa Conference Centre. This<br />
service is with the compliments of AIG <strong>Travel</strong> Guard<br />
International.<br />

catalogue on pages 4-11.<br />
Dinner - Details of the Welcome and Gala dinners<br />
are listed alphabetically below. You will find more<br />
details on pages 12-13.<br />
Dress Code - The dress code for the <strong>Summit</strong> is<br />
‘Business Attire’. The dress code for the Welcome and<br />
Gala Dinner is ‘Cocktail Attire’.<br />
Farewell Lunch - Will be held at the Lisboa<br />
Conference Centre on Saturday 12 May at 13:30.<br />
Dress is ‘Business Attire’.<br />
First Aid - Should you need First Aid during the<br />
<strong>Summit</strong> hours, please visit the First Aid Station<br />
situated in Pavilhao 1.<br />
Format - The <strong>Summit</strong> revolves around a series<br />
of highly interactive discussions set in The Round.<br />
Rather than speakers, ‘lead contributors’ stimulate<br />
debate among all conference participants.<br />
Gala Dinner - The Gala Dinner will be held at the<br />
Jerónimo’s Monastery, Praça do Império on Friday 11<br />
May at 20:00. Dress is ‘Cocktail Attire’. The <strong>Tourism</strong><br />
for Tomorrow Awards winners’ ceremony will be<br />
held during the Gala Dinner.<br />
Hotels - The three <strong>Summit</strong> hotels are the Dom Pedro<br />
Hotel, the Pestana Palace and the Tivoli Lisboa.<br />
Lunch - Lunch will be served at the Lisboa Conference<br />
Centre on Friday 11 May and Saturday 12 May.<br />
Media Centre - The Media Centre is situated in<br />
Auditorio V.<br />
Mobile Phones - As a courtesy, please switch your<br />
mobile to silent or vibrate mode.<br />
Partners’ <strong>Programme</strong> - The partners’ programme is<br />
outlined on pages 17-19.<br />
Questions - All participants have the opportunity<br />
to ask questions during the debate sessions. Should<br />
you have a question, please raise your hand and a<br />
microphone will be brought to you once the<br />
moderator has acknowledged you.<br />
Registration - Registration desks are situated in the<br />
entrance foyer of the Lisboa Conference Centre. Please<br />
ensure you register before 08:00 on Friday 11 May.<br />
<strong>Tourism</strong> for Tomorrow Awards - The <strong>Tourism</strong><br />
for Tomorrow Awards recognize best practice in<br />
<strong>Travel</strong> & <strong>Tourism</strong> across the world. These Awards<br />
will be presented to the four category winners at<br />
the Gala Dinner at the <strong>Global</strong> <strong>Travel</strong> & <strong>Tourism</strong><br />
<strong>Summit</strong> in Lisbon. For more information, please visit<br />

Transfers - Transfers will be arranged between the<br />
three <strong>Summit</strong> hotels, the <strong>Summit</strong> venue and the<br />
dinners. ‘Shuttle Service’ signs will be outside each<br />
hotel and venue.<br />
Welcome Dinner - The Welcome Dinner will<br />
be held at the Convento do Beato, Av Infante<br />
D Henrique 155 at 20:00 on Thursday 10 May. Dress<br />
is ‘Cocktail Attire’.<br />
