Annual General Meeting - The Annual General
Meeting (for WTTC Members Only) will be held at
the Pestana Palace Hotel on Thursday 10 May.
Attendee List - A complete list of all attendees to
the Summit is included in the conference kit. Please
use discretion when using this list. Email addresses
have been withheld for privacy reasons.
Badges - Your badge is confirmation that you are a
registered delegate. Please wear your badge at all times.
Breakfast Session - A Breakfast Session will be held
in The Round, in Pavilhao 2, at 07:45 on Saturday 12
May.
Coffee Breaks - Coffee and tea will be served in
Pavilhao 2 during coffee breaks in the conference
programme.
Concierge Desk - A concierge service has been set
up at each of the three Summit hotels and in the
entrance foyer of the Lisboa Conference Centre. This
service is with the compliments of AIG Travel Guard
International.

Dinner - Details of the Welcome and Gala dinners
are listed alphabetically below. You will find more
details on pages 12-13.
Dress Code - The dress code for the Summit is
‘Business Attire’. The dress code for the Welcome and
Gala Dinner is ‘Cocktail Attire’.
Farewell Lunch - Will be held at the Lisboa
Conference Centre on Saturday 12 May at 13:30.
Dress is ‘Business Attire’.
First Aid - Should you need First Aid during the
Summit hours, please visit the First Aid Station
situated in Pavilhao 1.
Format - The Summit revolves around a series
of highly interactive discussions set in The Round.
Rather than speakers, ‘lead contributors’ stimulate
debate among all conference participants.
Gala Dinner - The Gala Dinner will be held at the
Jerónimo’s Monastery, Praça do Império on Friday 11
May at 20:00. Dress is ‘Cocktail Attire’. The Tourism
for Tomorrow Awards winners’ ceremony will be
held during the Gala Dinner.
Hotels - The three Summit hotels are the Dom Pedro
Hotel, the Pestana Palace and the Tivoli Lisboa.
Lunch - Lunch will be served at the Lisboa Conference
Centre on Friday 11 May and Saturday 12 May.
Media Centre - The Media Centre is situated in
Auditorio V.
Mobile Phones - As a courtesy, please switch your
mobile to silent or vibrate mode.
Partners’ Programme - The partners’ programme is
outlined on pages 17-19.
Questions - All participants have the opportunity
to ask questions during the debate sessions. Should
you have a question, please raise your hand and a
microphone will be brought to you once the
moderator has acknowledged you.
Registration - Registration desks are situated in the
entrance foyer of the Lisboa Conference Centre. Please
ensure you register before 08:00 on Friday 11 May.
Tourism for Tomorrow Awards - The Tourism
for Tomorrow Awards recognize best practice in
Travel & Tourism across the world. These Awards
will be presented to the four category winners at
the Gala Dinner at the Global Travel & Tourism
Summit in Lisbon. For more information, please visit

Transfers - Transfers will be arranged between the
three Summit hotels, the Summit venue and the
dinners. ‘Shuttle Service’ signs will be outside each
hotel and venue.
Welcome Dinner - The Welcome Dinner will
be held at the Convento do Beato, Av Infante
D Henrique 155 at 20:00 on Thursday 10 May. Dress
is ‘Cocktail Attire’.
