10. Complaint/Request :
‣ User can view, add and edit complaint/request based on Type,
Status, Zone, Location, Dates. Or else type Vehicle number in
search field and click Search.
‣ Click Reset to start a new Search.
‣ Add New Record :
(Note : This module is available for Admin, Location Incharge,
Transporter and Customer. MTIL team receives an e-mail when
the complaint is registered. Once the complaint is resolved, mail
is sent to Admin and Location Incharge if the complaint is
registered by a Location Incharge; and to Transporter/Customer
and Location Incharge if the complaint is registered by a
Transporter/Customer.)
