ACCESSIBILITY<br />
The Artistic Director mentioned the importance of the mixed age/category group. It allowed<br />
a mixed group to work together and share a range of experiences.<br />

Project Objectives:<br />
• to create a music and theatre production with a group of male <strong>in</strong>mates<br />
• to work with a Shakespeare play that had an accessible theme and used direct<br />
language<br />
• to <strong>in</strong>spire and create music theatre with people who have little or no theatrical, musical<br />
and technical experience<br />
• to renew and further the musical and performance expertise of <strong>in</strong>mates already<br />
familiar with this type of work<br />
• to give ongo<strong>in</strong>g support and advice to those who wished to develop these experiences<br />
• to develop an audience, <strong>in</strong> particular from the local community, and give the public the<br />
opportunity to witness the positive work that goes on <strong>in</strong> the prison system.<br />
