Malaysian & Filipino communities, including the
Red Earth Choir, story telling and much more.

Come and learn about the culture of stencil
art, its history & its future, whilst trying
your hand at your very own art piece,
guided by E.L.K.
He’ll show you how to choose an image, cut
a stencil and even how to work up layers to
get the effect you want from your art piece.
Bring your skateboard or start on paper and
then decide how you’ll apply your unique
design.
From its origins in the train yards of New
York to the laneways of Bristol, street art is
a revolutionary art form which has bridged
the gap between criminal mischief and the
finest galleries of modern art.

Luke Cornish (E.L.K) was the first stencil
artist to be nominated for the Archibald
Prize 2012 with a complex 85-layer stencil
work of Father Bob Maguire. Now, REAF is
proud to have commissioned a new work of
local significance in the Shire of Roebourne.
