Statement by the Board of Trustees and Executive Board
The Board of Trustees and the Executive
Board have today considered
and approved the Annual Report of
the Danish Technological Institute
for 2010.
The Annual Report is presented in
conformity with the Danish Financial
Statements Act and the adjustments
resulting from the Danish Technological
Institute being an independent
institution and an Approved Technological
Service Institute.
In our opinion, the consolidated
financial statements and the Institute’s
financial statements give a
true and fair view of the Group’s and
the Institute’s assets, liabilities and
financial position at 31 December
2010 as well as the results of the
Group’s and the Institute’s operations
and the Group’s cash flows for
the financial year ended 31 December
2010.
We also believe that the management’s
review provides a fair and
accurate report on developments
in the operations and finances, net
profit for the year of the Group and
the Institute and of the financial position
of the Group and the Institute.
