Short humidifying distance.
The air stream has absorbed the mist after about 0.8 to 1.3 metres –
This ensures maximum efficiency and a minimum rinsing water requirement.
Hygienic.
Not only the smallest of droplets are held back by the droplet elimination
unit. It is also equipped with fleece mats coated with an anti-bacterial
agent. These prevent bacteria grow in the supply air.
Uniform.
The nozzle circuits are configured to ensure that a uniform spray mist
is distributed throughout the room. This ensures optimum cooling and
humidifying – precisely in those areas where it is needed.
Wide output range.
The Condair FF2 achieves the degree of output you need: 35 to 1‘080 kg/h.
The bypass design minimises pressure loss, ensuring that the energy
utilised is exploited in the most effective manner.

circuits with a high-pressure pump, ensuring that you have consistent

Your production runs at top performance
levels: the Condair FF2 brings demineralised
water at 80 bar pressure to the
atomizer nozzles. The air absorbs minute
droplets in the shortest possible time
and the droplet eliminator coated with
an anti-bacterial agent holds back any
aerosols which may be present. Cooled,
humidified air is released into rooms,
creating a healthy environment and
enhancing productivity.

The high-pressure pump is installed
quickly and simply, as the connections
are in all cases the same, regardless of
pump delivery capacity. Water and electronic
components are separated from
each other to ensure a maximum level
of safety. The optionally-available stand
facilitates handling, and the “slave
option” enables operation of up to four
humidifiers with a single pump station.
The ceramic nozzles are fitted with a
steel jacket and generate a particularly
fine mist with the humidifying water.
The nozzles are optimally distributed
throughout the duct in three spraying
circuits, ensuring that the water is very
rapidly converted to a gaseous form.
Seven control levels enable adaptation
of system performance to suit individual
requirements.
The bypass design of the droplet eliminator
allows the air to flow through at a
barely-reduced pressure level. The fleece
material with its anti-bacterial coating
ensures that no mist from the humidifying
system penetrates the supply air.

Up to four humidifiers can be operated with a single pump
station, depending on the design of your ventilation system.
Enhanced safety: the sensor automatically checks the conductance
of the water and signals any fluctuations.
The floor stand facilitates accessing of the pump station by
operating personnel.
The purging valve drains stagnant water out of supply lines.
e-LINKS works with BACnet and Lon Works, thus integrating
your humidifying system perfectly in your overall building control
system.
