2. START UP/PUSH BACK<br />

2.1 Prior to REQ Start-up CLR, REP<br />

“Ready to move” to “Fiume RAMP”.<br />

“Ready to move” means:<br />

- Handling OPS CMPL.<br />

- Doors CLSD<br />

- Loading bridge, if any, retracted<br />

- Ready to Push-back or taxi<br />

2.2 REQ Start-up and ATC CLR from “Fiume<br />

Delivery”<br />

2.3 REQ push-back/taxi CLR from “Fiume<br />

GND”.<br />

2.4 After startup and departure clearance on<br />

DLV, ACFT that require pushback will be<br />

instructed as follows. “Standby ground<br />

frequency 121.9 (H24) or 122.125 (05-21)”<br />

wait for call on appropriate GND frequency<br />

for pushback.<br />

5. LOW VISIBILITY PROCEDURE<br />

5.1. TKOF RWY 16L when RVR less than<br />

400m: If RWY used only for TKOF: Taxi via<br />

D1, D, DA. Do not use TWY DB.<br />

If RWY used for MIXED OPS: DEP ACFT<br />

shall taxi via TWY P, IHP P1, B, C and hold<br />

at stop-bar C25 APP South before receiving<br />

further instructions. Do not use TWY DB 5.2<br />

TKOF RWY 25 when RVR less than 400m:<br />

Taxi via TWY P, IHP P1, B, BA.<br />

5.3 CLR given on FREQ to proceed to a<br />

specific IHP is CLR limit.<br />

6. COMMUNICATION FAILURE<br />

PROCEDURE<br />

Continue on assigned taxi route until<br />

reaching clearance limit and wait of<br />

follow-me vehicle.<br />

3. NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURE<br />

Initial climb procedures<br />

Compliance with the procedures below shall<br />

not be required in adverse weather<br />

conditions or for safety reasons.<br />

During the initial climb phase pilots shall<br />

maintain the following parameters:<br />

Up to 1500 ft QFE:<br />

- take-off power;<br />

- take-off flap;<br />

- climb at V2 + 10/20 kt IAS or as limited<br />

by body angle;<br />

At 1500 ft QFE:<br />

- reduce thrust and climb at V2 + 10/20 kt<br />

IAS until reaching 3000 ft QFE;<br />

At 3000 ft QFE:<br />

- Accelerate smoothly to en-route climb<br />

speed with flap retraction.<br />

4. TKOF RWY 16C<br />

ACFT unable to TKOF from A or B<br />

intersection points, can perform back-track<br />

on appropriate bay if RVR is higher or equal<br />

to 1000m.<br />
