hereby make application for Membership in the Beach Grove Golf Club as a FULL PLAY MEMBER, and
if accepted to Membership by the Board of Directors, promise to abide by the Declaration, By-Laws and
Regulations of the Club. I agree to pay all dues, fees and other charges which may from time to time be
payable to the Club, and understand that all dues are payable in advance.
Entrance Fee requirements are as follows:
OPTION 1
I enclose a cheque in the amount of $3,150.00 being the down payment (including GST) of my Entrance
Fees. Should my application not be accepted, the cheque will be returned to me. Upon acceptance, the
Entrance Fee or any portion thereof becomes non-refundable.
I agree further to pay the balance of the Entrance Fee, inclusive of GST as provided in the attached schedule.
OPTION 2
Alternatively, I enclose a cheque in the amount of $23,625.00 being the full discounted payment inclusive of
GST. Should my application not be accepted, the cheque will be returned to me. Upon acceptance, the
Entrance Fee or any portion thereof becomes non-refundable.

Share Purchase
Upon acceptance the Member agrees to purchase 5 Class “B” Shares for $100.00.
Shareholder privileges of the Company are accorded upon full and final payment of Entrance Fees. Voting Rights
privileges of Beach Grove Golf Club are accorded upon election to the Membership.
The Share will be held in trust by the Club.
I understand that my account will be billed $100.00 for 5 Class “B” Shares.
