Description<br />

pFast<strong>Bac</strong> 1-Gus is a 6661 bp control vec<strong>to</strong>r containing the Arabidopsis thaliana<br />

gene for β-glucuronidase (Gus) (Kertbundit et al., 1991), and was generated by<br />

restriction cloning of the Gus gene in<strong>to</strong> pFast<strong>Bac</strong> 1. The molecular weight of<br />

β-glucuronidase is 68.5 kDa.<br />
