Description<br />
pFast<strong>Bac</strong> HT-CAT is a 5500 bp control vec<strong>to</strong>r containing the gene for<br />
chloramphenicol acetyltransferase (CAT), and was generated by restriction<br />
cloning of the CAT gene in<strong>to</strong> pFast<strong>Bac</strong> HT. The CAT gene is expressed as a<br />
fusion <strong>to</strong> the N-terminal 6xHis tag. The molecular weight of the fusion protein is<br />
28 kDa.<br />
