When asked if they thought Whitminster School was large enough for the village, the
majority said no.
When asked if they thought the school would benefit from more permanent buildings,
the majority said yes.
The top 5 most used village amenities in this age group were;
1 st - Whitminster Stores & Chip Shop
2 nd - Garden Centre
3 rd - Village Hall
4 th - Post Office & Chinese Takeaway
5 th - Attwools & Pizza Shop
When asked if they would attend further activities if the school provided them, 81%
said „yes‟. The top suggestions were;

Dance Classes Modern & Ballet
Art & Craft Club
Sport classes (including; Rugby Club, Rounders, Football)

First Aid
Drama and Music
When asked about bus services, the majority did not use the village link or other
public bus services. Those who use the public bus services suggested that more
busses to Stonehouse/Stroud and evening busses were needed.
When asked if they thought that vehicles speed too fast through the village, 86%
said „yes‟.
When asked if they felt safe crossing the road, the majority said crossing the road in
the village was OK. The majority said that crossing the A38 was not good.
