• Journeys on <strong>M6</strong>T are long distance, especially non-TAG,<br />
average approx. 250 kms<br />
• TAG journeys shorter: higher %age of commuters (32% vs 10%<br />
non TAG)<br />
• Reasons for using <strong>M6</strong>T mainly saving time, reliability, less<br />
stressful, avoiding <strong>M6</strong> roadworks, and less HGV (10% were<br />
using it by mistake!)<br />
• TAG users are more frequent users than non-TAG: approx. 15%<br />
of non-TAG use <strong>M6</strong>T daily or several times a week, for TAG<br />
users figure is nearly 40%<br />
• Cus<strong>to</strong>mer loyalty: most (75% non-TAG, 86% TAG) of <strong>M6</strong>T users<br />
choose <strong>M6</strong>T most of the time<br />
