7. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES
Moved by Cr Pelczar, seconded by Cr Bradley
That the Minutes of the Ordinary Meeting of the Council held on 24 May 2011 be
confirmed.

8. ANNOUNCEMENTS BY THE MAYOR WITHOUT DISCUSSION
The Mayor announced that he had received a certificate for Cr MacRae from the
President of WALGA in recognition of her recent success in achieving the Diploma in
Local Government (Elected Member) qualification.
9. COMMITTEE REPORTS
Prior to consideration of the following reports, members of the public present at the
meeting were reminded by the Mayor that they should not act immediately on anything
they hear at this meeting, without first seeking clarification of Council’s position. They
were advised to wait for written advice from the Council before taking any action on any
matter that they may have before the Council.
Recommendations contained in the Committee reports were adopted en bloc, with the
exception of the following items which were nominated for individual debate.

Community and Resources: Items CR11.55, 56, 57, 76, 77 and 83
