Her passion for historic homes is not the only focus in
Gail’s real estate career. What truly drives her business
is her love of helping others to achieve their objectives.
“I represent clients in selling and purchasing all types
of homes,” she explains. “I love building relationships
with people as I learn their wants and needs, their
hopes and their goals.” Her empathetic and positive
nature is enhanced by a keen understanding of the
elements involved in a real estate transaction. Gail,
who still handles loans on request, works closely with
her clients as they navigate the often intimidating
process of acquiring funding for their purchases. Even
more time is dedicated to building a strong working
knowledge of the criteria each buyer presents. “I
pay extra attention to the needs of a family,
because they are laying important roots,” she
says. A challenging market means nothing
to this focused real estate professional. “I
never give up,” laughs Gail as she reflects
on past transactions. “There have been times
when it took years to find the right homes for
my clients, but in the end, they knew they
had made the right decisions.” Her diligence
has made her a natural fit for first-time
buyers as well, who appreciate the breadth of
knowledge she has on local communities and
their distinct markets.
