Product / Service Provided: <strong>IBI</strong> <strong>Group</strong> is the prime<br />
contractor for the development, deployment and operation<br />
of this traveler information system for the 5-county greater<br />
Los Angeles area. The project includes:<br />
• Go511. This includes multimodal and multilingual travel<br />
information delivery via Interactive Voice Recognition (or<br />
IVR) phone system;<br />
• Go511 Internet services. This includes an integrated<br />
website, SMS and mobile applications.<br />
• A Traveler Information Center with 19 / 7 live operators<br />
performing quality control processes and analysis on<br />
automated data feeds, and collecting supplementary<br />
data from non-systematic data sources.<br />
• Advertising services across all media to mitigate costs<br />
of deployment;<br />
• A customer call center to take care of fixed and ‘mobile’<br />
highway call box calls;<br />
• Tow-truck fleet monitoring operations, including fleet<br />
contract analysis and coordination with California<br />
Highway Patrol;<br />
• The deployment of a transit trip planning IVR and<br />
website; and<br />
• Up to ten years of operations for all of the above.<br />
<strong>IBI</strong> <strong>Group</strong> is the prime contractor for the<br />
development, deployment and operation<br />
of this traveler information system for the<br />
5-county greater Los Angeles area.<br />
Product/Service Provided: <strong>IBI</strong> <strong>Group</strong> is deploying the<br />
next-generation statewide 511 system for Florida. <strong>IBI</strong> <strong>Group</strong><br />
has primary responsibility for the data architecture and the<br />
web components of work, and will support operation of<br />
this Traveler Information System for up to five years. The<br />
project includes:<br />
• The overall systems architecture, including a centralized<br />
511 database incorporating data from 9 Florida DOT<br />
District Traffic Management Centers,<br />
• Center-to-center connectivity for the collection of data<br />
from these and other data sources;<br />
• A FL 511 website, including real-time data for traffic<br />
congestion, traffic incidents, travel times, camera<br />
images, floodgate messages, personal mobile device<br />
support, and static data;<br />
• Data support for the 511 Interactive Voice Recognition (or<br />
IVR) phone system, and related personalization services;<br />
• A video aggregation subsystem that collects, organizes<br />
and serves images and streaming video to the 511 website;<br />
• A Quality Management Subsystem that closely monitors<br />
the extended system operation ad performance to<br />
ensure satisfactory performance; and<br />
• The IVR deployment for FL511 is being provided by a<br />
project partner.<br />
