Ralf Richter (Policeman) Ralf Richter was born in 1957 in Essen. After studying acting in Bochum and acting on stage, he had his screen debut in 1981 in Wolfgang Petersen's DAS BOOT. He has appeared in countless film and TV productions since then, including numerous episodes of cop shows "Ein Fall für Zwei", "Der Alte", "Der Fahnder" and "Großstadtrevier".
