Blanking Plugs and Gaskets can be employed
to isolate multiple pressures or direct exhaust.
DIN Rail Mounting
Nugget 120 modular manifolds can be mounted
to DIN rails; OEM's building machines for export
can take advantage of this feature.
Three Mounting Styles Available
Subbase Valves are attached to subbase
modular manifolds with two socket head cap
screws, which reduces the potential for leaks
and allows quick assembly of valves to
manifolds. Porting for common inlet, exhaust,
external pilot and collected solenoid pilot
exhaust are located in the end plates. Cylinder
porting is located in the subbases. Both end
plates and subbases are available either side or
bottom ported. Inlet ports are 3/8" PTF or ISO
G. Cylinder and exhaust ports are 1/4" PTF or
ISO G. External pilot and collected solenoid
exhaust ports are 10-32 UNF or M5. These
manifolds may also be mounted with the Nugget
120 Wireway.
A single subbase valve is attached to a Single
Subbase with two socket head cap screws,
providing easy installation. Inlet, exhaust,
external pilot supply, and cylinder ports are
located on the sides or bottom of the subbase.
Inlet, cylinder and exhaust are 1/4" PTF or ISO
G. External pilot ports are 10-32 UNF or M5.
Subbase, Fixed Length Manifolds use
standard subbase mounted valves and a
different seal to produce an economical
manifold. For quick installation and
maintenance, valves are attached to the
manifold with two socket head cap screws.
Valves share common supply and exhaust
galleries in the manifold. Nugget 120 subbase
top ports are utilized for output to the
application. The optional pressure indicators are
not available for use with subbase fixed length
manifolds.
Nugget 120 Wireway Features
Nugget 120 wireways are available with a 25-Pin D
connector, Round IP-65 connector, or a 1" conduit electrical
connector. All share the following cost and work saving
features:
● The single wire for each solenoid pilot means lower
installation cost and easier trouble shooting.
● Wireways feature modular circuit boards with solid state
design. These boards plug into each other providing up to
an 16-station manifold for 25-pin electrical connection, or
a 16-station manifold for a 1" conduit connection.
● Surge suppression and LED indicators are standard on
all wireway modules providing protection to controlling
devices.
● 24 VDC Diagnostic/ Power Saving Option senses
complete solenoid pilot plunger travel. LED's turn amber if
a fault is detected. Coils run cooler due to 50% power
reduction upon actuation. All these features add up to
simplified trouble shooting, less downtime, and a more
efficient valve stack.
● Nugget 120 offers a 1" conduit version which is rated
NEMA 4. Terminal connectors are made with WAGO®
Quick Clips for reduced installation time.
● Low 1.7 Watt coils consume less power and generate
very little heat. These coils allow users to operate
equipment more efficiently and safely.
● Nugget 120 wireways offer a wide range of voltages
including: 12 VDC, 24 VDC, 110-120V 50/60 Hz,
220-240V 50/60Hz., and are continuous duty rated.
