practice. The remainder of items that comprised the graduate qualities scale
achieved levels of agreement of seventy-eight per cent and greater.
Graduates also reported that they felt part of a learning community. Over
seventy per cent of respondents were in agreement that they felt they belonged
to the university community, that they learned to explore ideas confidently with
others and that they felt part of a group of students and staff committed to
learning. The majority of students also reported that their ideas and suggestions
were used throughout the programme. The only item that received a relatively
lower rating at 50% of respondents agreeing was ‘I learned to explore ideas
confidently with other people’
