Beschichtete HSS-Schneidkörper
sind dort sinnvoll einzusetzen, wo
der Anwender die anerkannt hohen
Schneideigenschaften von Schnellstahl
ohne Nachteile des Nachschärfens
nutzen muss. Sie sind
dank ihrer jeder Hartmetallsorte
überlegenen Zähigkeit eine wirtschaftliche
Ergänzung zum Hartmetall.
Zur Lösung von Zerspanungsproblemen
unter ungünstigen Bearbeitungsbedingungen
oder für schwer
zerspanbare Materialien ist beschichteter
HSS der ideale Schneidstoff.
Die beschichteten IFANGER-HSS-
Wendeplatten passen auf ISO-Werkzeugträger,
die normalerweise mit
Hartmetall-Schneidkörpern bestückt
werden.

acier rapide revêtu est recommandée
dans des cas où l’utilisateur a besoin
des excellentes qualités de coupe de
l’acier rapide sans, toutefois, être privé
de l’avantage de ne pas devoir réaffûter
les coupes. Grâce à leur tenacité
supérieure par rapport à toutes les
nuances de métal dur, elles forment un
supplément économique du métal dur.
Pour résoudre des problèmes de coupe
sous conditions défavorables ou de
matières difficiles à usiner, l’acier
rapide revêtu est la matière de coupe
idéale.
Les plaquettes de coupe en acier rapide
revêtu IFANGER peuvent être utilisées
sur des porte-plaquettes selon norme
ISO qui sont normalement équipés de
plaquettes en métal dur.

The use of coated HSS cutting inserts
is recommended when the user wants to
take advantage of their excellent cutting
abilities without suffering from the
disadvantage of having to re-sharpen
the cutting edges. Thanks to the
superior tenacity in comparison to any
carbide grade they represent an economical
completion to carbide inserts.
To solve cutting problems due to
unfavourable cutting conditions or in
materials difficult to be machined
coated HSS is the best alternative
cutting material.
IFANGER coated HSS inserts can be
used on toolholders according to ISO
standards which are usually equipped
with carbide inserts.
