Spokane and furnish <strong>the</strong> UPRR dispatcher with an estimated<br />
time <strong>of</strong> arrival at Grand Jct.<br />
Post Falls—When serving Potlatch at Post Falls, inspect all<br />
loading dock doors to ensure that <strong>the</strong>y are all <strong>the</strong> way up and<br />
in <strong>the</strong> clear prior to both entering and exiting with cars and/or<br />
locomotives.
