operation is TWC. This main track consists <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Pole Yard<br />
Lead, <strong>the</strong> West Leg <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Wye and <strong>the</strong> portion <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> West<br />
Pass between <strong>the</strong> West Leg <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Wye and <strong>the</strong> Newport Main<br />
(Old GN Main). All o<strong>the</strong>r tracks in <strong>the</strong> Boyer Yard and North<br />
Sandpoint are considered o<strong>the</strong>r than main track. The track<br />

North Sandpoint—To minimize <strong>the</strong> time public road crossings<br />
are blocked, crews must contact <strong>the</strong> BNSF Boyer East<br />
dispatcher to determine whe<strong>the</strong>r movement eastward over <strong>the</strong><br />
UP/BNSF diamond will be delayed prior to departing Division<br />
Avenue. When <strong>the</strong> Pole Yard Lead distant signal is less than<br />
clear, eastward movements must be stopped prior to Division<br />
Avenue Crossing.
