issued a Finding <strong>of</strong> No Significant Impact. Similarly, <strong>the</strong> Wailea Ike Drive and Wailea<br />

Alanui Drive Intersection Improvements Final EA (Appendix S) includes design details and<br />

DPWas <strong>the</strong> accepting authority for <strong>the</strong> EAhas reviewed <strong>the</strong> draft and final EA,<br />

accepted <strong>the</strong> final EA, and issued a Finding <strong>of</strong> No Significant Impact.<br />

Partners, LLC and DOT and DPW demonstrates <strong>the</strong> efforts <strong>of</strong> all involved to work<br />

cooperatively to implement <strong>the</strong> required roadway improvements. This is fur<strong>the</strong>r evidenced<br />

acceptance <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> EAs covering <strong>the</strong> respective<br />

improvements <strong>the</strong>se agencies are responsible for overseeing. These agencies review <strong>of</strong>,<br />

LLC constitutes <strong>the</strong>ir agreement with <strong>the</strong> improvements and <strong>the</strong> use <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> State and<br />

County ROWs necessary to implement <strong>the</strong> improvements. <br />
