This being said we are seeing a slight increase in private international investors for ranch property primarily due to lifestyle, open space, privacy, and a place to park capital. Are buyers at the top end of the market looking for a home or would the ranch be a long term investment asset which they might use on occasion as a lifestyle asset While Hall and Hall does not specialize in residential real estate it does appear from residential brokers that we have relationships with in this market that there is a significant interest acquiring world class homes in resort markets like Aspen, Vail, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley and Park City. Investors that are interested in buying a ranch have a very different profile than residential buyers. We are in a very segmented and unique marketplace to deal with a highly focused buying pool. A ranch presents an opportunity to buy a property that offers a different kind of liveability, lifestyle, security, long term investment, and something that is unique to each buyer. It's much more than just buying a home. How do you see the prospects for these types of properties in the next five to ten years Hall and Hall feels very confident that our market segment will continue to perform very well, indefinitely.
