in 2014, Hall & Hall knew exactly who to use for the
creation of an enticing marketing video – Aerial Imaging
(a company owned by Jeff Buerger of Hall & Hall). The
result of their collaboration was a spectacular showcase
of one of the world's most impressive private landholdings,
with a cinematic production which brought
the property to life. In our conversation with Jeff we
discussed transaction activity in the ranch market and
what it takes to create exceptional property videos.
Tell us more about the Great Western Ranch (recently
sold with an asking price of $59.5m). How long did it
take your company to shoot and edit the video
Great Western Ranch is a rarity in the ranch world primarily
due to it's size and overall diversity. The ranch is
300,000 acres and 457 square miles; and as you can imagine
it is difficult to cover. Due to vastness of the property
it took our crew one full week to shoot. We had over
six hours of content and took around a month to complete
the edits including the teaser and feature videos.
When did you recognise that videography could play
a major role in marketing properties
Static imagery is just that, it's static. Aerial Imaging
