a ranch property for enjoyment alone. Most international<br />
acquisitions are institutional buyers. This being said<br />
we are seeing a slight increase in private international<br />
investors for ranch property primarily due to lifestyle,<br />
open space, privacy, and a place to park capital.<br />
Are buyers at the top end of the market looking for<br />
a home or would the ranch be a long term investment asset<br />
which they might use on occasion as a lifestyle asset<br />
While Hall and Hall does not specialize in residential<br />
real estate it does appear from residential brokers that<br />
we have relationships with in this market that there is<br />
a significant interest acquiring world class homes in resort<br />
markets like Aspen, Vail, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley<br />
and Park City. Investors that are interested in buying<br />
a ranch have a very different profile than residential<br />
buyers. We are in a very segmented and unique marketplace<br />
to deal with a highly focused buying pool.<br />
A ranch presents an opportunity to buy a property<br />
that offers a different kind of liveability, lifestyle, security,<br />
long term investment, and something that is unique<br />
to each buyer. It's much more than just buying a home.<br />
How do you see the prospects for these types of properties<br />
in the next five to ten years<br />
Hall and Hall feels very confident that our market segment<br />
will continue to perform very well, indefinitely.<br />
As I mentioned previously land is the one thing that<br />
can never be reproduced, there is a limited supply<br />

physical elements it will be a good long term investment.<br />
Granted anything can happen especially taking<br />
into consideration the volatility of financial markets<br />
around the globe. The reality is the ranch market appeals<br />
to a very small percentage of people and that is<br />
really the most limiting factor.<br />
Do you expect that Aerial Imaging will replicate Hall<br />
and Hall's ambitions to establish a presence outside<br />
the US Have you carried out any overseas assignments<br />
with Aerial Imaging yet<br />
Hall and Hall has sold ranch properties outside of the<br />
US and as a partner we have had many discussions<br />
about trying to expand our services on an international<br />
scale. For the right property and developing the right<br />
strategic relationships we will always entertain marketing<br />
the world's finest investment quality rural properties.<br />
Yes, Aerial Imaging Productions has been fortunate<br />
to be a part of film projects outside the US. Our<br />
team would absolutely love the opportunity to continue<br />
to travel abroad and provide our services. Experiencing<br />
new cultures and areas, meeting new people<br />
and building long term relationships is what we hope<br />
