Pottery image; <strong>the</strong> first is <strong>the</strong> ‘Two Kilns’ pattern and <strong>the</strong> second is <strong>the</strong><br />

‘Kilns and Galleon’ pattern made by <strong>the</strong> Bovey Tracey Pottery. In recent<br />

times some confusion has arisen such that <strong>the</strong> ‘Kilns and Galleon’ pattern<br />

has also been named ‘Two Kilns’. This has probably come about as a<br />

result of a short article by Norman Stretton where he gives both patterns<br />

<strong>the</strong> same name and gives both to <strong>the</strong> Bovey Tracey Pottery.*<br />
