Team Weight Loss<br />
Make this the year that you succeed!<br />
During this challenge, your group will<br />
meet with a personal trainer twice<br />
a week for team workouts, receive a<br />
resting metabolic assessment, nutrition<br />
advice, and t-shirt.<br />
SESSION 3: April 22-June 16<br />
Monday and Wednesday<br />

Women on Weights<br />
This class will teach women the<br />
fundamentals of strength training<br />
using resistance bands and free<br />
weights. Women will walk out of the<br />
class more comfortable using the free<br />
weight area and developing a proper<br />
workout. This program is a 4-week,<br />
monthly program.<br />
Monday - 9:00-10:00 am<br />
Tuesday - 5:30-6:30 pm<br />

Bootcamp<br />
Bootcamp is a great way to mix up your<br />
workout routine with high intensity<br />
circuits and intervals. Whether you are<br />
new to exercise or needing to push<br />
yourself to the limits, this class will<br />
help you build endurance and strength!<br />
