General Description<br />
The <strong>FXBG021HA0A</strong> is a complete bandgap voltage reference circuit with<br />
• UMC 0.18 μm 1.8 V/3.3 V generic logic<br />
process<br />
low temperature coefficient, and high power supply rejection ratio with<br />
output voltage VBG=0.615 V. This bandgap voltage reference circuit is<br />
designed using UMC’s 0.18 μm 1.8 V/3.3 V CMOS generic logic process.<br />
An internal trimming design is used to achieve accurate output voltage in<br />
• Operating voltage range: 1.0 ~ 2.1 V<br />
• Output VBG = 0.615 V<br />
answer to process variation. This IP’s layout is designed with trimming<br />
pads. An enable/disable function is included to control this IP and fixe the<br />
VBG output to active low when EN is set to logic ‘LOW’. It supports<br />
operating junction temperature in the range of -40 ~ 125 °C.<br />
