General Description<br />
The <strong>FXBG020HC0H</strong> is a complete bandgap voltage reference circuit with low<br />
power dissipation, a low temperature coefficient, and a high power supply<br />
• Operating voltage range: 1.0 V ~ 1.5 V<br />
• Minimum metal requirement:<br />
3 metal layers<br />
rejection ratio. It is designed by using UMC’s 0.13 μm logic EHS (FSG) process.<br />
An internal trimming design is used to achieve an accurate output voltage to<br />
compensate for the process variations. In addition, an enable/disable function<br />
is incorporated into the circuit to control the cell and force the output to active<br />
low when EN is set to ”Low.” The cell supports an operating voltage range<br />
between 1.0 V and 1.5 V and an operating junction temperature range from<br />
