DIRECTOR AND DEPUTY DIRECTOR<br />
ALERT<br />
Notify Mountaineer Casino Racetrack and Resort <strong>of</strong> impending use as a Staging<br />
Area.<br />
Request report on problem areas from <strong>EOC</strong> staff.<br />
Coordinate with WVDHSEM for State manpower and equipment requirements.<br />
Notify special facilities, request transportation requirements, distribute information<br />
to Transportation Officer.<br />
SITE AREA EMERGENCY<br />
Acknowledge emergency information.<br />
Fill out the appropriate notification form, if FAX is not received.<br />
Verify emergency information with BVPS.<br />
Assure all <strong>EOC</strong> staff positions are present.<br />
Brief operations staff on status <strong>of</strong> emergency.<br />
<strong>Operations</strong> staff to notify relief personnel for extended operations.<br />
Check status <strong>of</strong> County roads relative to emergency services and make public<br />
notification <strong>of</strong> unusual conditions.<br />
Review with staff any problems that would impede the progress <strong>of</strong> a protective<br />
action.<br />
Direct PIO to make public notification <strong>of</strong> any unusual conditions affecting Hancock<br />
County evacuation.<br />
