LEARNING SERVICES
Our Student Learning Services team
continued to offer a high level of support
for Wintec students who disclosed an
impairment. All of these students were
provided with information about our disability
services, with 405 of them utilising the
service. Of these students, we had an
81.4% successful retention rate.
Disability support this year involved 44
support staff providing 8,919 hours of
reader/writers also provided 214 hours of
assistive technology such as ergonomic
chairs and dictaphones were purchased
and issued to ensure an equal playing field
and successful outcomes for students with
an impairment.
