A table top sealer has been added<br />
to the Saxon range of industrial<br />
sealers from Fischbein-Saxon to<br />
fulfil the needs of lower volume<br />
packing operations.<br />
With low to medium packing<br />
speeds, sizes and weights, the<br />
TTS500 sealer can meet these<br />
production needs with minimal<br />
investment.<br />
Available in vertical and<br />
horizontal form, this sealer is<br />
used to close open mouth bags<br />
in PP and PE as well as paper<br />
bags with PP or PE inner liners<br />
and also laminated and gusseted<br />
bags. It is designed to be placed<br />
on a work bench or a table and<br />
features an integral conveyor<br />
which can take a maximum<br />
weight of 10kg.<br />

a monobloc filling,<br />
capping and labelling<br />

level machines through to<br />
complete turnkey lines.<br />
The monobloc filler, capper,<br />
labeller has been designed to<br />
be installed in any restricted<br />
space as it covers only 2 x 1<br />
metres. This makes it ideal for<br />
clients with limited footprint<br />
availability, says Karmelle.<br />
The labeller is integrated into<br />
the system so each production<br />
element can be fulfilled on<br />
one unit.<br />
This custom made machine<br />
can be adjusted to fill<br />
volumes up to 250ml and<br />
can operate at up to 30 bottles<br />
a minute.<br />
The machine is fitted with<br />
an ROPP (Roll On Pilfer<br />
Proof) capping head with<br />
inclined rotary sorting, rotary<br />
unscrambler with a cap<br />
chute and escapement, and<br />
three point wrap labelling<br />
with Open Date printer. The<br />
machine can include either<br />
volumetric micrometer<br />
