Frontline Packaging
Gary Bond has
joined the
Frontline
Packaging team
as sales manager
to focus on the company’s core
product range including
shrink wrapping, case taping,
case erecting and pallet
wrapping equipment. Bond
brings a wealth of packaging
industry experience to the role
having worked with customers
in the food and beverage
industries for many years.
Walsall Engineering
The Walsall
Engineering
Group has
undergone
rigorous
assessment and auditing
procedures in order to
formalise its health and safety
practices and has received the
Safecontractor accreditation.
Being aware of its obligations to
personnel and the safe running
of projects with OEMs and
food and drink producers, the
company wanted to consolidate
its practices and undergo third
party accreditation.
CKF receives innovation award
for latest automation project
Robotics and automation
company CKF Systems
has received recognition
for its innovation from the
Weetabix Food Company
following the successful
design and installation of an
automation solution that has
increased the efficiency of four
complex manufacturing lines
at the cereal producers Burton
Latimer premises.
As a result the company
has seen both an increase

Domino has opened a new
factory in Manesar, India,
dedicated to the manufacture
of inks and printers for coding
and marking, located in a
leading business hub in the
Delhi-Mumbai industrial
corridor. Replacing Domino’s
existing two facilities that
were 25km apart, the new
4,050sq ft factory has been
built to strict green building
design specifications and
will also house an integrated
warehouse and billing centre.
The team behind the new
location will consist of 35
employees, with three new
roles being created (fluids
plant manager, printer
plant manager and logistics
manager). Taking three years
to construct, the factory was
officially opened by Nigel
Bond (photographed
