guid<strong>an</strong>ce on <strong>the</strong> direction <strong>an</strong>d l<strong>an</strong>guage <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

report. Moreover, <strong>the</strong> team sincerely th<strong>an</strong>ks <strong>the</strong><br />

Global Partnership for <strong>the</strong> Prevention <strong>of</strong> Armed<br />

Conflict, <strong>the</strong> Association for Conflict Resolution,<br />

<strong>an</strong>d InterAction for <strong>the</strong>ir collaboration in <strong>the</strong><br />

survey outreach process.<br />

The entire PMP staff at AfP <strong>an</strong>d IPJ are also<br />

deeply grateful to all <strong>the</strong> org<strong>an</strong>izations that<br />

participated in <strong>the</strong> PMP survey. Without<br />

<strong>the</strong>ir input <strong>an</strong>d feedback, we would not have<br />

been able to underst<strong>an</strong>d <strong>the</strong> current state <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> peacebuilding field. They include all AfP<br />

members who participated in <strong>the</strong> first survey,<br />

as well as all <strong>the</strong> related org<strong>an</strong>izations that<br />

participated in <strong>the</strong> second survey.<br />

Finally, we would like to th<strong>an</strong>k <strong>the</strong> phenomenal<br />

student interns who gave <strong>the</strong>ir time <strong>an</strong>d talents to<br />
