It used to be that 40 was the target for career establishment. Not anymore. In today’s aggressive market place, a long track record of success prior to age 30 is not uncommon. The reality is that the age bracket in which 30 is considered old, don’t just have extensive resumes – they have already formed in irreversible impact.
