And so when you 6 started in '07, Paul Romero was the Chief 7 Deputy -- 8 MR. HERMS: Yes. 9 MR. PATTON: -- and Mike Harris was? 10 MR. HERMS: He was the Deputy 11 Director for Strategic Planning. 12 MR. PATTON: Okay. And at some 13 point, did he take over the Deputy Director 14 for Admin Services? 15 MR. HERMS: I think that was before 16 I was there. When I was there, he was 17 never -- 18 MR. PATTON: Okay. 19 MR. HERMS: -- Deputy Director for 20 Admin Services. 21 MR. PATTON: Okay.
