Retailing and E-tailing introduces students to the important concepts involved<br />

in operating a retail business. Retail is all around us, and it has changed in the<br />

21st century. This text focuses on the specifics of e-tailing and how e-tail differs<br />

from brick-and-mortar stores. Retail operations, merchandising, marketing,<br />

management, customer service, and selling are topics covered in this text. In<br />

addition, retail and e-tail in the new global market is covered.<br />
