In order for students to remain eligible to participate in any<br />
activity the student/family must currently be meeting all<br />
academic, financial and discipline commitments.<br />
The administration may render a student ineligible for a<br />
specified period of time for failing to comply with academic,<br />
financial and/or discipline responsibilities.<br />
Attendance for AFTER-SCHOOL EVENTS<br />
<strong>Student</strong>s must be present for 3 ½ hours to be eligible for any<br />
CJ related event that takes place after the school day hours.<br />
(unless proper documentation is provided before the event.)<br />
<strong>Student</strong>s not in school for 3 ½ hours on Friday may be ineligible<br />
for participation for the entire weekend (including dances,<br />
performances, competitions, rehearsals, practices, etc. without<br />
professional documentation before the event.)<br />
STUDENT LIFE<br />
Lost and Found<br />
Lost and found is located in OSS. The school is not<br />
responsible for unclaimed items and students should report lost or<br />
stolen items to OSS immediately.<br />
Cafeteria<br />
<strong>Student</strong>s are to report to the cafeteria during their assigned<br />
lunch period. While in the cafeteria, students will demonstrate<br />
appropriate behavior such as waiting turn in lines, handling food<br />
properly, keeping noise to an appropriate level and discarding all<br />
trash around the area into proper containers. <strong>Student</strong>s not<br />
following these guidelines may be asked to stay and clean up or<br />
receive consequences. <strong>Student</strong>s will use the rest rooms located<br />
closest to the cafeteria on the first floor only. <strong>Student</strong>s will not<br />
leave the cafeteria without permission of a faculty/staff supervisor.<br />
Food or drink is not allowed in the halls at any time.<br />
The ordering of outside food for special celebrations such as<br />
birthday parties in the cafeteria is not allowed.<br />
The cafeteria is the only place students may consume food or<br />
drink during the regular school day without faculty supervision.<br />
<strong>Student</strong>s are responsible for the proper disposal of all food<br />
material brought into school.<br />
Chapel<br />
The chapel is a sacred space for prayer and reflection for all<br />
members of our school community. We hope all that come to this<br />
