4. Mark and remove hoses.<br />

5. Remove rod end (A) and then the base cylinder<br />

mounting pins (B) and remove cylinder.<br />

Assemble<br />

Assemble in reverse order.<br />

SWING CYLINDER(S)<br />

Removal:<br />

1. Position tractor with enough clearance to<br />

completely swing the boom extending the cylinder<br />

to be removed.<br />

2. Lower stabilizers with light pressure on the ground.<br />

2. Swing bucket down to where it looks balanced<br />

below the dipperstick mast.<br />

3. Shut the engine off and activate the bucket control<br />

lever in both directions to relieve any pressure.<br />

4. Mark and remove hoses.<br />

5. Remove rod end (A) and then the base cylinder<br />

mounting pins (B) and remove cylinder.<br />

Install in reverse order.<br />

STABILIZER CYLINDER(S)<br />

Removal:<br />

1. Position tractor with enough clearance to<br />

completely extend the stabilizers.<br />

3. Fully extend the swing cylinder to be removed.<br />

4. Shut the engine off and activate the swing control<br />

lever in both directions to relieve any pressure.<br />

5. Remove cylinder rod end (A) retaining pin.<br />

6. Mark and remove hoses.<br />

7. Remove base cylinder mounting pin (B) (Model 47)<br />

or retaining plate (Model 48) and remove swing<br />

cylinder.<br />

Install in reverse order.<br />
