It was moved by Mrs. Beloncik and seconded by Mrs. Mauro to authorize a transfer<br />

Into the Career and Technical Education Equipment Reserve, using the depreciation<br />

funding method as recommended in Commissioners Regulation 170.3K. Transfer<br />

will not exceed $100,000 (Annual straightline depreciation is approximately<br />

$238,000). The motion passed unanimously.<br />

It was moved by Mrs. Beloncik and seconded by Mrs. Mauro to authorize a transfer<br />

a transfer into the Retirement Contribution System Reserve Fund pursuant to General<br />

Municipal Law 6-r, from 2011-12 budgetary surplus, in an amount not to exceed<br />

$1,000,000. The motion passed unanimously.<br />

It was moved by Mrs. Lenhardt and seconded by Mrs. Beloncik to approve an overnight OVERNIGHT FIELD<br />

field trip for the students of the Reality Check Program to attend the Statewide Summit at TRIP - INSTRUCTIONAL<br />

Colgate University, Hamilton, New York from July 23 through July 25, 2012. Participation SERVICES<br />

at the summit is required by the program. Youth will be trained in the Point of Sale and CONSIDERATION<br />

Smoke Free Media initiatives. The two program coordinators will serve as chaperones.<br />

The motion passed unanimously.<br />

Board Members discussed the following:<br />

- Mr. Bradt asked the Board for volunteers to serve on the 2012-13 Nominating<br />

Committee. Mrs. Lenhardt and Mrs. Beloncik volunteered. Board Members were<br />

asked to contact them if they were interested in nominating someone or if they wanted<br />

to serve as an officer for 2012-13 School Year.<br />

- Albany and Schoharie CTE Recognition.<br />

It was moved by Mrs. Mauro and seconded by Mr. Kutzscher to enter into Executive<br />

Session at 7:44 p.m. to Discuss the Evaluation of the District Superintendent<br />

and Collective Bargaining Negotiations. The motion passed unanimously.<br />

The Regular Session reconvened at 8:32 p.m.<br />

It was moved by Mrs. Surman and seconded by Mr. Phelan to adjourn the meeting<br />

at 8:33 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.<br />
