11. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and
UNUM/Provident Life Insurance Company of America, 100 Northfield Drive,
2 nd Floor, Windsor, Connecticut 06095. UNUM will provide eligible BOCES
employees with life insurance coverage for the period July 1, 2012 to June 30,
2013. The renewal rate will be twenty cents ($.20) for each $1,000 of salary.
The renewal rate is the same rate used for 2011-12. (2012-139-CA)
12. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and
UNUM/Provident Life Insurance Company of America, 100 Northfield Drive,
2 nd Floor, Windsor, Connecticut 06095. UNUM will provide eligible BOCES
employees with long-term disability insurance coverage for the period July 1,
2012 through June 30, 2013. The renewal rate will be thirty-five cents ($.35) for

13. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and
The Trustees of Union College in the Town of Schenectady in the State of New
York a/k/a Union College, Armand V. and Donald S. Feigenbaum Hall, Union College,
Schenectady, New York 12308. The college will provide facility space in July 2012 for
our “Build a Better Robot” Summer Camp for approximately 15 students. BOCES will
pay approximately $8,000.00. The contract period is July 30 through August 3, 2012.

14. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and
University at Albany, State University of New York, University in the High School
Programs, Biology 001, 1400 Washington Avenue, Albany, New York 12222. The
university will provide New Visions Law & Government and Public Communications
(Journalism) program students with access to University in the High School classes. The
contract period is September 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. There are no fees involved.

15. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and
BrainPOP!, 71 W 23 rd St, 17 th Floor, New York, New York 10010. BrainPOP will
provide access to online databases and resources. BOCES will pay based on member
schools participation. The contract period is July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.

16. An extension to an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga
BOCES and EBSCO Publishing, PO Box 1943, Birmingham, Alabama 35201.
EBSCO will provide access to online databases and resources as requested by member
schools. BOCES will pay based on member schools participation. The contract period

Facts On File, 132 West 31 st Street, 17 th Floor, New York, New York 10001. Facts
On File will provide access to online databases and resources. BOCES will pay based
on member schools participation. The contract period is July 1, 2012 through June 30,
