11. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />
UNUM/Provident Life Insurance Company of America, 100 Northfield Drive,<br />
2 nd Floor, Windsor, Connecticut 06095. UNUM will provide eligible <strong>BOCES</strong><br />
employees with life insurance coverage for the period July 1, 2012 to June 30,<br />
2013. The renewal rate will be twenty cents ($.20) for each $1,000 of salary.<br />
The renewal rate is the same rate used for 2011-12. (2012-139-CA)<br />
12. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />
UNUM/Provident Life Insurance Company of America, 100 Northfield Drive,<br />
2 nd Floor, Windsor, Connecticut 06095. UNUM will provide eligible <strong>BOCES</strong><br />
employees with long-term disability insurance coverage for the period July 1,<br />
2012 through June 30, 2013. The renewal rate will be thirty-five cents ($.35) for<br />
each $100 of salary. (2012-140-CA)<br />
13. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />
The Trustees of Union College in the Town of Schenectady in the State of New<br />
York a/k/a Union College, Armand V. and Donald S. Feigenbaum Hall, Union College,<br />
Schenectady, New York 12308. The college will provide facility space in July 2012 for<br />
our “Build a Better Robot” Summer Camp for approximately 15 students. <strong>BOCES</strong> will<br />
pay approximately $8,000.00. The contract period is July 30 through August 3, 2012.<br />

14. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />
University at Albany, State University of New York, University in the High School<br />
Programs, Biology 001, 1400 Washington Avenue, Albany, New York 12222. The<br />
university will provide New Visions Law & Government and Public Communications<br />
(Journalism) program students with access to University in the High School classes. The<br />
contract period is September 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. There are no fees involved.<br />

15. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />
BrainPOP!, 71 W 23 rd St, 17 th Floor, New York, New York 10010. BrainPOP will<br />
provide access to online databases and resources. <strong>BOCES</strong> will pay based on member<br />
schools participation. The contract period is July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.<br />

<strong>BOCES</strong> and EBSCO Publishing, PO Box 1943, Birmingham, Alabama 35201.<br />
EBSCO will provide access to online databases and resources as requested by member<br />
schools. <strong>BOCES</strong> will pay based on member schools participation. The contract period<br />
is July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. (2012-041e-IS)<br />
17. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />
Facts On File, 132 West 31 st Street, 17 th Floor, New York, New York 10001. Facts<br />
On File will provide access to online databases and resources. <strong>BOCES</strong> will pay based<br />
on member schools participation. The contract period is July 1, 2012 through June 30,<br />
