Company is interested, and in particular by laying out and preparing the same
for building purposes, constructing, altering, pulling down, decorating, maintaining,
furnishing, fitting up, and improving buildings, and by planting, paving, draining,
farming, cultivating, letting on building lease or building, agreement, and by
advancing money to and entering into contracts and arrangements of all kinds
with builders, tenants and others.
(iii) To improve, manage, develop, grant rights or privileges in respect of, or otherwise
deal with, all or any part of the property and rights of the Company.
(iv) To carry on the business of construction and building contractors, interior and
exterior decorators, and auctioneers of land and hereditaments, messuages and
tenements and any estate or interest therein respectively, to manage estates and
properties, to receive and collect rents, and to act as attorneys of factors and
transact all manner of agency and commission business so far as regards lands
and hereditaments, messuages and tenements, and any estate or interest therein
respectively for any person or persons, company corporation for such commission
or consideration and upon such terms and conditions as the Company shall think
fir.
(v) To carry on all or any of the businesses usually carried on by land investment,
land mortgages and real estate companies in all their several branches.
(b)
(i) To carry on the business of hotel, restaurant, cafe, roadhouse, motel, holiday
camp, caravan site and apartment-house keepers.
(ii) To fit up and furnish any property for the purpose of letting the same to visitors
or guests whether in single rooms, suites, chalets, c¿uavans, movable structures,
cottages or otherwise.
(iii) To buy, sell (both to persons residing on the company's premises and to nonresidents),
import, produce, manufacture or otherwise deal in food and food
products, meats, groceries, fruits, confectionery wine, spirit, beer and alcoholic
beverages, tobacco, druggist supplies, beverages, linen, furniture and furnishings
and other articles required in the said businesses.
(iv) To establish and provide all kinds of facilities and attractions for customers and
others, and in particular, reading, writing and smoke rooms, lockers and safe
deposits, telephones, telegraphs, clubs, stores, shops and lavatories.
(v) To appropriate any part or parts of the property of the company for the purpose
of and to build or let shops, offices and other places of business and to use or
lease any part of the property of the company not required for the purposes
